I didn't come up as a consultant. I came up as an operator inside a Rs. 1000 Cr ecosystem at Reliance, inside a Rs. 500 Cr omnichannel business at Purple Style Labs, building brands from scratch and turning around ones that had lost their way.

I've done demand planning, P&L ownership, business strategy and data analysis, UI/UX, category strategy, vendor management, and AOP building. I know what a business looks like from the inside - and I know exactly where the gaps hide.

Today I work with premium and luxury brand founders who are ready to build on a foundation that actually holds.

My job is to make sure the business they're marketing is worth marketing.
